When certainty fades and the path forward feels unclear.
Personalised coaching tailored to your unique journey

Life transitions are rarely just about what’s changing on the outside.
They’re the moments when your sense of identity, direction, and certainty starts to feel less steady.
Most people I work with don’t come to coaching because something has gone wrong. They come because the structure that once shaped their life has shifted. What used to make sense no longer
does. The roles, routines, or responsibilities that once gave clarity no longer feel like enough.
These transitions often don’t arrive with a crisis. They arrive as a weight you can’t quite name. A feeling of being unanchored, misaligned, or no longer fully at home in the life you’re living. Many people describe it as standing at a crossroad without a clear way forward.
This stage can feel uncomfortable. It can also be a turning point.
Without support, it’s easy to stay here longer than necessary, revisiting the same questions, delaying decisions, or shrinking what feels possible. With the right guidance, this phase becomes a time of clarity, direction, and conscious choice.
This work is for you if you sense that something is shifting and you want to meet that change intentionally, rather than drifting through it.
Life changes and transitions I support :
I know this terrain personally - because I've walked it myself.
I was the women holding everything together. A mother of six. Living with grief as I watched my mothers health deteriorate, knowing there was nothing I could do to change it. The strain showed up in my body - emotional eating, weight gain, physical proof of what I was carrying internally.
From the outside life looked stable, I was present, capable, doing what needed to be done, and I was content with that - life felt settled.
But internally, something was shifting. I felt a growing pull towards deeper spirituality and a sense that my purpose was expanding beyond the roles I was fulfilling. I couldn't yet name what that meant, only that something was asking for more space.
My creativity existed in small, contained ways - personalised gifts, occasional freelance makeup artistry work, fitted around everything else I was managing. It kept creativity alive, but it wasn't expansive enough to reflect who I was becoming or the contribution I wanted to make.
As I searched for direction, I invested time and energy exploring different approaches. Eventually, i began training in coaching, creativity and change based modalities. Initially intending to support others, not realising how profoundly this work would reshape my inner landscape. By applying what I was learning, I gradually found what had been missing: structured guidance that honours your responsibilities, tools that create real internal shifts, and support that meets you where you are, not where you think you should be.
That clarity on what truly supports women navigating change now shapes everything I offer.
Over 4 years, I found a way to work with identity shifts rather than resist them, without abandoning responsibility or burning everything down.
That journey is why I now support women through similar transitions without the unnecessary delay. What took me 4 years to navigate alone, I've distilled into a structured coaching process that supports women through transition in months, not years.
This work is grounded, practical and designed for women who are ready to move forward with intention rather than quiet frustration.

As a transition coach, I help you identify the future you want and provide practical support to move towards it, guiding your personal evolution as you navigate significant changes in your life.
The coaching journey at Colours of Change goes beyond surface-level change. We dig deeper, supporting the internal work that prepares you to step fully into your future self.
Imagine the stage between caterpillar and butterfly. It’s not about sitting pretty with wings yet, it’s the stage where everything is being reshaped inside the cocoon. From the outside, it may seem still, but internally, there is focused construction happening.
That is the territory we work in together.
My role is to help you build that container for growth and hold space while you do the deep work that others do not always see.
Transition is the process - Transformation is the outcome.
The ultimate goal of my coaching process is to support a successful transition and empower you to thrive in your new circumstances.
Together, we’ll bridge the gap between where you are and where you want to be; equipping you with coping strategies tailored to your unique situation and tools designed to continue supporting you long after our sessions end.

I use a dynamic blend of modalities to support clients, including:
• Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP)
• Timeline Resourcing®
• Advanced Hypnotherapy &
• EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques)
As a trained Creativity Coach, I also integrate creative expression, journaling, and innovative techniques that harness imagination and artistic exploration to unlock new perspectives and solutions.
To ensure insight leads to lasting change, I incorporate goal-setting frameworks, strategic action planning, and accountability coaching, bridging inner shifts with outer results.
This integrated approach aligns mindset, emotional resilience, and behaviour to drive meaningful transformation.
